what's happening
City of Craft is a collective of craft-engaged arts organizers who aim to build community in the Toronto craftscape, support independent artists and craftspeople, and encourage the larger community to get involved with crafty happenings in the city. We organize Toronto's largest independently-run, juried craft show each December featuring craft-based installations and workshops, attracting approximately 4,000 attendees. With our inspiring year-long installation series and magical three-day festival, we hope to strengthen the relationship between the studio craft and DIY/indie-craft community, as well as increase the city's access to - and appreciation for - contemporary craft.
