The Oil & Gas business has both Exploration & Production, Refining and Retail operations in India & UK, while operations in the Power sector are focused in India and Algoma

Our Exploration & Production business is focused on unconventional gas in India where we have a portfolio of five coal bed methane (CBM) gas blocks.

Our Refining and Marketing business in India comprises of Vadinar refinery in Gujarat and a retail franchise network across India. Vadinar is India’s second largest single location refinery, having a nameplate capacity of 20 million tonnes per annum. Stanlow represents a critical part of the UK Transport and Energy infrastructure, supplying approx. 16.1 of the UK’s fuel demand

We are one of India’s leading private Power producers with 8 operational power plants in India and one in Canada with a total operating capacity of 4,840 MW and a further 1,260 MW under various stages of construction. The group has access to coal through 2 captive mines wit reserves of around 72 mmt in Indonesia and around 52 mmt in India. All power facilities are strategically located near the fuel source or the end customer
